Project Completion
We take pride in the fact that we do not abandon our customers after we complete their project and accept payment. We will do our best to answer our phones right away, if possible (we are all installers). If we are not able to answer immediately we will make it our priority to return your call as soon as we are free to do so.
From the time we meet until we are done with the installation of your job we will be by your side every step of the way to help and guide you along the way to ensure your experience with us is best one possible.
Respect and Courtesy
When you hire our team to install your security cameras system we will treat your home and/or business as if it was our very own. As soon as we walk into your home or office we put on shoe covers to ensure that we do not track dirt or debris through your carpet and floors. While in your home or business we try be sure not to disturb employees, family members, pets, belongings, etc… After we are done installing your cameras and equipment we will clean up after ourselves by vacuuming, sweeping, etc…
After completing your project we will not leave until you are comfortable with the use of, and knowing how to use, your new camera system. Our contact information will be left with you with an invitation to call, email, or text anyone on our team for help and support for any reason.
