Terms and Conditions

By hiring RSI Audio Video Security to install or service your job you are agreeing to abide by our set forth terms and conditions outlined below:

  • System(s) will be installed according to specifications provided in accepted quote. Addons and order changes will incur additional costs.
  • 12 month product warranty on all faulty manufacturers’ equipment. Warranty void due to consumer damage, negligence, normal wear and tear not covered by manufacturer, or if Client alters, reprograms, re-installs any equipment.
  • Quad/dedicated/isolated electrical outlets provided by customer.
  • If alterations to existing building are needed to complete installation any repairs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Conduits, inspections, inspection fees, and permits, if any, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Floor plan provided, by customer, is assumed to be accurate and to scale.
  • Signature, purchase order number, and deposit will be required to commence.
  • 50% due prior to start of job, remaining balance due day of completion.
  • Service calls not covered under manufacturer warranty will be invoiced at an $85 service call, plus material and labor.
  • Fees/costs to cover unpaid/delinquent balances to be paid by customer.
  • Credit cards are accepted for an additional 3% processing fees for all transactions.
